REFUND POLICY

Solomon Tutoring provides academic services through structured programs and academic partnerships. Due to the personalized nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable.
No Refund Policy
All program fees, deposits, and payments made to Solomon Tutoring are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Tuition payments

Installment payments

Missed or unused sessions
Once a family enrolls in a program, time, resources, scheduling, and instructional planning are allocated specifically for the student. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for any portion of services purchased.
Program Commitment
By enrolling in a Solomon Tutoring program, families acknowledge and agree that:

Programs are structured academic partnerships, not drop-in or month-to-month services

Payment reflects a commitment to the full program term

Progress is dependent on consistency, participation, and adherence to the agreed-upon plan
Early withdrawal from a program does not release families from their financial obligation.
Scheduling and Attendance
Missed sessions, late cancellations, or unused sessions are not eligible for refunds or credits unless otherwise stated in writing prior to enrollment.
Specific scheduling policies may be outlined separately in program agreements or onboarding materials.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional circumstances, Solomon Tutoring may, at its sole discretion, consider alternative arrangements. Any such consideration does not constitute a waiver of this policy and does not guarantee a refund.
Policy Acknowledgment
By submitting an application, enrolling in a program, or submitting payment, families confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
